I’m committed to helping you clear a path for where you want to go and then I encourage you to go a few steps further than you even thought possible. The success you want is within you and your team; however, you may not see it and you can’t uncover it or get it in sync. Knowing how to take action effectively is key and you won’t find it in some training class filled with “captives and prisoners”.

It all starts with leadership of self and then leading of others.

I can help you and your team get the results you want. I focus on the personal and professional leadership that helps my clients see their vision clearly and then implement those actions necessary to make it come true. Working with healthcare professionals and business leaders seeking new heights, I have found that my clients know they have the potential but are not sure how to truly tap in to it to serve their best interest.

They know they are capable of achieving more, and they want to get the one – on – one help in getting where they want to be. I’m as comfortable engaging corporate healthcare executives and teams as I am individuals. My goal is to help you lead yourself and your organization to your next level of success.

Fortunately for me and my clients, I have had the opportunity to be learn from the best in the FedEx Leadership Institute and 20 years in senior management with FedEx. One of the best decisions I have made is to enhance my professional development by becoming a certified business coach through the Resource Associates Coaching Academy. “Coach” has been the focus of my career for many years, both as a management executive  and as a trusted adviser to many businesses and healthcare organozations, large and small.

The one thing that holds true for everyone is that the most important part of our business is our people. So why not develop them to their fullest potential so your business can benefit from their untapped knowledge and skills?

Each of us have what it takes – we just need the focus to develop was is inherent in all of us. That’s where I come in.

Development - incorporating training information AND eliciting knowledge the individual already has, to help him or her USE more of what they know

Coaching -a supportive, mentoring partnership providing the focus and challenge to help you gain clarity, vision and practical processes using what you know with the information and knowledge you have gained through experience, training and development.
